Valuation Modernization lender packet

As part of the Mercury Network valuation modernization program, we are committed to making your transition to the new MISMO 3.6 / Valuation Modernization standards as smooth as possible. To help you navigate these updates within the Mercury Network, we have compiled a centralized toolkit.

We will enable UAD 3.6 in your production environment during your migration wave. Once enabled, your team will be able to place UAD 3.6 orders immediately. If your team is not prepared for UAD 3.6 orders, please ensure that they are notified and directed to continue ordering Legacy UAD 2.6 orders.

Step 2: Implementation and technical setup

Use the attached documents to update your specific workflows and integrations.

Fees template: 

Quickly identify and upload new fees for UAD products into Mercury Network. Some clients may not receive fee templates. If you do not get a fee template, please go to Phase 2 Fees & Products → Section 2.1 of the configuration workbook for instructions.

LOS instructions: 

Technical details for your LOS specific settings and known limitations.
Your LOS is not ready to support UAD 3.6 orders at this time. You do not have to wait to configure your Mercury Network environment. You can begin ordering UAD 3.6 appraisals through the Mercury Network UI once your configurations are complete. You may need to make specific LOS configuration changes once your LOS has completed its setup. 

Provider coordination email templates: 

Please utilize these templates to communicate migration timelines and expectations to your AMCs and appraisers. You may adapt this sample template as needed or utilize your team’s existing communications.
